Shipping policy
Shipping: Orders over $50 within the US qualify for free standard shipping, arriving within 3-5 business days after processing. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may be subject to customs, duties, tariff, or broker taxes upon arrival.
Domestic (United States): It takes 1-3 business days to process your order before shipping. During peak seasons, processing might extend to 3-5 business days. Once we assign a shipping label to your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Standard shipping typically requires 3-5 business days once processing is complete. Opting for Priority shipping will result in your order being delivered within 1-2 business days.
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.
International: Standard shipping takes 1-5 weeks, while expedited shipping takes 6-10 business days.
We don't currently offer free international shipping, but we're working on expanding our global accessibility. You can help by spreading the word about VEDI to local stores.
Returns:
Returns: Buy with confidence thanks to VEDI’s Satisfaction Guarantee.
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@vedibeauty.com with proof of purchase to request a return. VEDI reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
Return Eligibility: Products must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, and unaltered. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including the green box and envelope each product arrived in). Only products purchased directly from VediBeauty.com are eligible for a refund.
As part of the review process, customers are required to provide:

A clear video and photo of the inside product(s) in natural light.

A photo of the original box and envelope.
These materials are necessary to determine eligibility and will impact the return decision.
Free Gift Policy
Free gifts (including promotional items such as Rani or any item automatically added) are non-returnable and hold no retail value.

If a return is initiated for the qualifying items, the free gift must also be returned.

Free gifts cannot be returned on their own, exchanged, or refunded.

If the free gift is not returned with the qualifying items, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
Black Friday Promotion Policy (Nov 15 – Dec 2):
All Black Friday promotions apply only to qualifying orders.
All free items (including promotional gifts like Rani or Buy 2 Get 1 Free items) must be returned if any part of the order is returned.
Partial returns will void all promotional gifts.
Free items cannot be kept if the qualifying items are returned.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned to sender, the reshipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable on returned or undeliverable orders.

Please note that we have the right to refuse a refund based on our evaluation. Examinations are conducted once a week, and refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days after approval.

VEDI monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns/exchanges are subject to validation and approval at VEDI’s sole discretion.
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be altered or changed once placed.
Shipping Address Changes: Shipping addresses, billing addresses, recipient names, and payment methods cannot be changed once an order is placed. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Discount Codes: Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
International Shipment and Customs: International customs, tariffs, and duties are not included in the order total. Customers are responsible for paying applicable taxes and duties. Contact the customs office in your destination country for more information.
Please Note:
Vedi Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen items. Adding Route Shipping Protection is recommended. Vedi Beauty is responsible for orders until they leave the fulfillment center. Once tracking is received, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery. Personal damages to items, delays caused by shipping carriers, and shipment issues should be addressed with the carrier or local post office.
